HVRA is pleased to welcome three skilled radiologists to our growing team,
bringing our total to 20 radiologists.

Dale R. Kozinn, M.D.

Dr. Kozinn received her medical degree from the Health Science Center Downstate, and completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at Baystate Medical Center. She completed her fellowship training at Rhode Island Hospital of Brown University in Mammography, Ultrasound and CT.  The former Chief Breast Imaging Specialist at the Breast Center at Pascack Valley Hospital, Dr. Kozinn will be a solid addition to our breast imaging team.


Jane W. Chan, M.D.

Dr. Chan received her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine and completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at Norwalk Hospital, Norwalk, Connecticut. A former Chief of Mammography at the David Grant Medical Center in California, Dr. Chan will also be an asset to our growing team of breast imaging specialists.



Ilana E. Moche, M.D.

Dr. Moche received her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. She is fellowship trained in Body and Breast Imaging at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Moche specializes in Breast and Body Imaging and will enhance our established imaging team.
