For more than 40 years, healthcare professionals have relied on the radiologists of HVRA to provide comprehensive imaging services and achieve the highest level of patient care. All of our locations offers a complete range of advanced imaging services, including 3D Mammography, Digital X-ray, Nuclear Medicine, DEXA | Bone Density, High Field and Open MRI, CT, PET/CT, and more. You’ll find us in multiple convenient outpatient imaging centers around the Hudson Valley, including centers in Rockland and Orange County. We also serve as consultants to Nyack hospital.

All of our radiologists are board certified and the majority have subspecialty training that enhances their ability to accurately interpret your imaging studies. Our technologists are certified and registered in their areas of specialty and all of our facilities are fully accredited by the American College of Radiology and RadSite.
Not only are our physicians, technologists, and staff members highly skilled professionals, they’re also keenly aware of the stresses and concerns people can experience while undergoing testing and treatment. Each member of our group gently guides and supports patients to help them feel more at ease, a personal touch you don’t find at many imaging centers.
Our History
Hudson Valley Radiology Associates was started over 40 years by a group of radiologists under the name Rockland Radiological Group. They quickly became leaders in the community for their diagnostic accuracy and state-of-the art equipment. They opened their Mid Rockland Imaging location in New City, NY in 1988, New Paltz Imaging location in New Paltz, NY in 1998. They were the first to bring PET/CT to Rockland with the opening of Hudson Valley PET Imaging in 2003. They relocated Hudson Valley PET Imaging to the campus of Nyack Hospital in 2008 and opened their brand new Tuckahoe location in 2008. In April of 2009,they expanded their services in Westchester County to include HVRA of Inter-County, then again in 2015 with the addition of HVRA of Bronxdale, located in the Bronx.
Today, HVRA is partnered with RadNet, Inc., a national leader in diagnostic imaging. With this partnership, Hudson Valley Radiology Associates is affiliated with more than 365 centers in California, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Florida.
